Tennant, Jr., writing for psychiatric annals reintroduced clinical evidence of marijuana dependence. In his article, Tennant cites numerous domestic and foreign studies which document addiction and subsequent withdrawal symptoms of cannabis (marijuana, hashish) drug abuse. These studies leave little question about the medical consequences during withdrawal. The volunteer will also provide information on community resources available including educational and vocational program.
