Marjorie er Riggs CLEARFIELD Marjorie Esther Webb Riggs, 63, of 1033 E. 1100 S. C, died Friday, Nov. 7, 1986, at the Humana Hospital Davis North of heart failure. She was born July 24, 1923, in Liberty, Ind., a daughter of Dr. Oscar M. and Alma White Webb. She married LaVar D. Bennett Feb. 8, 1942, in Quartzite, Ariz. They were later divorced. She married James K. Riggs July 24, 1954. in Pocatello, Idaho. They were later divorced. She had worked at the Naval Supply Depot. She retired from Hill Air Force several weeks. Bonnie Durrance Doyle, school district spokesperson, said all elementary schools in the district will conduct parent-teachconferences on Nov. 12, 13, and 14.
