" ' 15 V' Review Correspondent ROY Roy Citys new shopping center, Roy Marketplace Plaza, is blossoming with new shops. One of the first is Reed Floral and Gift, a full service florist. David and Jan Reed, shop owners, have been in the flower business since 1981 when they began Reed Wholesale, a silk and dried flower wholesaling firm. Reed had been looking for a retailing location for several years and decided Roy Marketplace Plaza was the perfect place. Reed Floral and Gift is a veritable bouquet of gifts and flowers ranging from unique live plants and cut flowers to dried and silk flowers. The store offers traditional wedding gifts like crystal in addition to gifts suitable for any occasion such as animal figurines molded crushed form pecan shells.
