An Arrow of Light ceremony was held last week for eight Scouts of Pack 86, chartered by St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Layton. Awarded were: Chris Bill, son of Carol Bill, a fifth grader at uV ? Matt Kelley, son of Barb Stone, a fifth grader at East layton Elementary. Matt Loffland, son of John and Betsy Loffland, a fourth grader at Holt Elementary, Clearfield. KEVIN THOMSON with several other emblems he had earned, including his skill award pins for engineer, artist, school, traveler, and his three-year pin. In all, Kevin has earned 14 skill awards while in the Webelos Den. While a Cub Scout he earned his Bobcat, Wolf, Bear, Webelos Badge, and two gold arrows, and 10 silver arrows.
