Show r SANTAQU1N GOOD Thursday, September 17, 1970 COOKS Mrs. Idonna W. Crook Some time ago a good friend of mine gave me a recipe and I try to follow this as often as I can. I find in this time of busy people, rushing here and there and everyone trying to fill their fruit bottles before the frost it has proven a recipe worth having. HOW TO RELAX AND ENJOY LIFE 1. Break the hurry habit, take things congratulate you on your fine paper! I am the mother of Chad Green who married Deona Jackson of Payson. Mrs. Jackson brought me a copy of your paper that had the picture of the bride and groom and the announcement of their marriage. I thought the wedding reception was extra special and you described it perfectly. Other newspapers leave a lot to be desired, especially concerning the bridal announcements. They also could take a few lessons from you regarding the personal interest stores. The picture and article you had on the Dixon family reunion was really nice, also the history of the Payson band. The article Round the Town was very interesting and humorous. I would like very much to have twenty copies of your Payson Chronicle, ThursI May easier. Forget about keeping up with the Joneses. The Joneses may have ulcers as well as Cadillacs. 3. Give your mind and body some daytime rest periods. Read a good book or listen to some good music for fast refreshment. 4. Work conscientiously toward achieving peace of mind by removing or getting away from contention at work or home. 5. Recognize your limits as a human being. Dont take on more responsibilities than you cart handle without constant worry. 6. Eat lightly one day a week. Eat less every day. (This I have definitely got to work on). 7. Let your recreation be simple and relaxing, so that your tired nerves really themget the chance to selves. Thanks Arlene, this has truely helped me. Now for a quick casserole dish to please any busy homemaker. He was remanded to the Utah State Prison and Utah law requires a Supreme Court review of his case within 30 days. Judge McCune said it was the opinion of the court that Redford was sane at the time of the murder.
