Heimbaugh, Los Angeles, California, attorney, was elected president of Kiwanis International at the organ- Joseph V. Steele Henry Noboru Mitarai, 61, died Monday at the family home in Elberta of natural causes. He was born August 9, 1906, at San Jose, Calif., a son of Sanjiro and Sayono Inouye Mit- arai. He married Helen Kikuye Dec. 7, 1929, at San Jose, Calif. The marriage was later solemnized in the Manti Temple. He was a member of the LDS Church. He was a past president of the Payson Lions Club, past president of the Richfield Lions Club. He had also served as Lions Club deputy governor district 28 H. He was president of the Elberta Water Co. and a member of the Mt. Olympus JACL a Japanese organization. He was a charter member of the JACL One thousand club. Surviving are his widow and a son, Mark T. Mitarai, Elberta; four daughters, Mrs. Tats (Janet) Misaka, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Koji (Shirley) Los Angeles, Calif.; Mrs. Tom (Patricia) Otterbein, San Bernardino, Calif.; Mrs. Hiro (Elaine) Iwasaki, Okinawa; also nine grandchildren. Funeral services will beheld Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Stake Center with Bishop Hal P. Schulthies of the Elberta Ward in charge. Friends may call at Keith Jolley Mortuary, Payson, Thursday prior to services. Burial will be in the Mountain View Memorial Estates, Salt Lake City. Inouye Mit-suna- Dora B. Hinze Dora Isabell Brimhall Hinze, 75, Salem, died Saturday, July 13, 1968 at a daughters home in Layton, of natural causes. She Was born Nov. 17, 1892, in Payson, a daughter of Joseph and Eliza Court Brimhall. She married William August Hinze on May 23, 1917, in Provo. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. Mrs. Hinze was a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers, and was an active LDS worker. She was a member and director of a singing group in Salem. Survivors include her husband of Salem; two sons and four daughters. Dr. Phillip Mayo Hinze, Logan; David William Hinze, Carnation, Wash.; Mrs. Wayne (Delma) Trotter, Las Vegas, Nev.; Mrs. De E. J. (June) Cutler. Layton; Mrs. Alfred (Doramae) Hansen, Chow-chill- a, Calif., and Mrs. Eldon (Roberta) Stoker, Beaver; 29 five greatgrandchildren, and one brother and four sisters, Irwin Brim- grandchildren; hall, Provo; Mrs. Nellie (Nell) Merrell, Mrs. Lemma Miller, Mrs. Roma Fowkes and Mrs. Milton (Luciel) Drolinger, all of Payson. He was born Feb. 25, 1908, at Goshen, a son of Chester and Rosella Finch Steele. He married Lavieve Butler on Aug. 31, 1929, at Provo and the marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. They were later divorced. Mr. Steele was a miner and trapper by occupation and was educated in local schools. He was a member of the LDS Church. Survivors include the following sons and daughters, Mack Steele, Arlynn Steele, Larry Steele, Mrs. Val (Peggy) Sorensen, Mrs. Jim (Jenine) Eva, all ofSantaquin; Clifton Steele, Payson; Mrs. John (Darla) Painter, Stanton, Calif.; 26 grandchildren; five brothers, Cloy Steele, Santaquin; Delwin Steele, Nephi; George Steele, Scott Steele and Ernest Steele, all of Goshen. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, July 16, 1968 in the Santaquin-Tint- ic the Far East, Western Europe, South and Central America, New Zealand and Australia. He succeeds James M. Moler, Charles Town, West Virginia school administrator and banker, who has held the presidency since August 1, 1967. Heimbaugh has been a Kiwan-ia- n for twenty-foyears. Prior to becoming president of Kiwanis International, he served one year as president-elec- t, one year as treasurer, and two, two-ye- ar terms as a member of the International Board of Trustees. He has also served as the president of the Kiwanis Club of West Hollywood, and as lieutenant governor and governor of the Kiwanis District. He has been both a member and chairman of a number of District and Kiwanis International Committees. Saturday, July 20 Prospective antelope hunters must have their antelope permit application mailed into the Division of Fish and Game this week if they hope to be included in he drawing for one of the 155 sermits authorized this year. Applications must be made on one of the special application forms, filled out properly and post (narked no later than midnight on July 20, if it is to be considered in the public drawing for these permits on July 25. No money is to be sent with permit applications, successful applicants will be notified by mail and then they have until August 6, to pay for their permit. Only residents of Utah may make application and any resident who held an antelope permit in 1966 or 1967 is not eligible this year. Hunting units and the number of permits available are as follows: Bonanza, 40; Cedar City, 10; Daggett, 30; Parker Mountain, 20; Promontory, 5; Snowville, 5; Southwest Desert, 30; West Desert, 15. She was born April 6, 1883, in Early, Iowa. She married Henry Swanson Sept. 14, 1904, in Whiterock, South Dakota. He died April 30, 1966. Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. in the Genola LDS Ward Chapel with Bishop W. A. Kerby officiating. Kay, afterwhich the Singing Mothers sang, Oh My Father and benediction was pronounced by Max Nelson. The grave in the Santaquin City Cemetery was dedicated by Michael Christensen. Burial was under the direction of Keith Jolley Mortuary. Pallbearers were Golden Steele, Bob Steele, Dennis Steele, Terry Steele and Jack Butler.
