He was pronounced dead on arrival at Payon City Hospital early morning. A local Tuesday physician who had been treating the child said he died of natural causes. In Duchesne County the west fork drainage of the Duchesne River and Red Creek Drainage from Highway 40 to source (except Red Creek Reservoir which is presently open) will be open to angling July 4 through November 30.
