Approximately 25 members of the Club met to discuss Conservation of the Natural Renewable Resources The Club has been in existence for fifty years, and for the last decade or so, Conservation has been one of the subjects to warrent the time and attention cf the Club 'members. Mrs. Ada Coles was in charge of the program and introduced Mr. Lowe to the Club at the home of Mr. Stanley Wilson. General Conservation, the need for and the present going program to protect and wisely use the resources was discussed. The relationship between the SCS and the Nebo Soil Conservation District was brought out. Ways and means the club members could use to affect greater amounts of and efforts toward more conservation on the land were discussed. A series of local slides on applied conservation measures was shown and discussed with the group.
