He was stricken while attending an auction at Snanish Fork. Mr. Heath was born Nov. 2d, at Aurora, a son of Jerewith new miah and Lffie Jane Throck-moito- n v pvt y&i Heath. He married Ed'K A ,kf&6 Jtsw ith McDaniel June 23, 197 at Sheiidan, Wyo. Ihe marriage was later solemnized in the Manli Temple. He was a former employee of the Centennial Development Co. in Eureka. He was former owner and operator with his brother Frank Mountford of the Wasatch Wave in Hcber City. In 1931 at 21 he became publisher of the Payson Chronicle. Mr. Mountford was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y Saints and of Provo BrOE Lodge 849. He also was a member of the Lions Club and Junior Chamber of Commerce. Eoin Sept. 11, 1910, in Salt Lake City, he was a son of James H. and Mary G. Rasmussen Mountford. He married Vera Mae Pfeiffer May 25, 1031, in Salt Lake City. Survivors include his widow; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Jerry Mae) Andersen, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Richard (Lou Jene) Carter. Springville, and his mother, Mrs. N. C. Hicks Orem. He is also survived by six a brother, grandchildren, Frank W. Mountford, editor of the Washington County News, St. George, and a sister, Mrs. (Fern) Boyd Christiansen, Orem. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday noon at 260 E. South Temple.
