Show The Payson Chronicle, Payson, Utah Thursday, April 11, 1963 Growth Notes Santaquin-Tinti- c By Beulah G. Bradley Phone 751-3- 621 The Springtime of the year is the crowning season of the year for me at least that is what I believe now that it is Sprng. There are so many lovely challenges for our bodies and spirits in Spring. Now for one, there is the fun of Spring Cleaning. Upon thinking of this act Im sure that most of you would naturally think of merely cleaning, scrubbing and polishing your home from attic to basement But have you ever thought of minds and that the cob-webodies need a 'Spring-Cleanin- g too? Why not dust off that old attitude df Oh, in this day and age no one goes visiting. Why not make a call on some one youd love to visit and whom you know would love to see you? There are those people you know. Why not make this a popular past-time- ? Then theres the rubble piled high in your mind that says, I cant work in this calling Bishop, Im not gifted in that JgHsF RAY 5. Each of us need to serve; need to hear so very often the words of God; need to repent of our sms and procrastinations and take up the work of the Lord. Yes, this year lets try Spring Cleaning our own mental Attic. Let us see of your eyes tack. Let us see if your eyes arent open to see truth; our ears to hear good admonition; and our souls so purified that we can clear away the many stagnant fears and habits that clouded our minds. Let us wash away this debris. Let us truly Spring Clean all of the webs of doubt, fear, uncertainty from our minds, and our souls, our lives, and find joy and peace in the service of our Master.
