Show The Paysoii Chronicle, Payson, Uf THURSDAY, MARCH Obituaries Peter Lynndyl (Lynn) Carter Peter Lynndyl (Lynn) Carter, 52, Provo, died Saturday morning following an extended illness at the Utah Valley Hospital. He was born Sept. 2, 1907, in Santaquin, a son of Peter and Rosa Moffitt Carter. He married Gladys Leavitt on Feb. 26, 1929, in the Salt Lake L DS Temple. He received his early edu- cation in Santaquin and n Pay-so- As a young High School. man he worked with his father on the family farm. He was employed as a warden for the Utah Fish and Game for many years. Since 1947 he has been employed at Geneva Steel Co. as a millwright. He was a member of the LDS Church. He was a stake Cub master in the Provo Stake, Priesthood Senior Aaronic worker, and clerk in the 10th LDS Ward bishopric. He is survived by his wife of Provo, two sons and five daughters, Michael L. Carter, (Mrs. William (Joan) Jensen, Judy Lynn Carter and twin daughters, Susan and Sally, all of Provo; Douglas L. Carter, Orem; Mrs. Ernest (Bonnie Jean) Aliotta, Great Falls, Montana; five grandchildren; father, Peter F. Carter, one brother and one sister, Earvil S.
