Mr. Ewell is survived by his wife, Santaquin; two sons, three daughters, 21 grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Smith, Santaquin and Mrs. Polly Christensen, Goshen, and one brother, Zacahrias Ewell of Genola. Mr. Ewell was named s outstanding citizen of the year in 1956, and had done many paintings for the LDS Wards. Burial was in the Santaquin Cemetery under direction of Keith Jolley Mortuary. Mr. Nelson was born Dec. 6, 1892, in Goshen, a son of Peter He and Emma Nelson Nelson. married Edith Bartholomew of Fayette, Utah, on June 23, 1915, in Provo. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. Mrs. Nelson preceded him in death in 1954. Mr. Nelson was a veteran of World War I, a member of the American Legion Post in Spanish Fork, and was an active member of the LDS Church.
