Over the years purveyors of unsolicited articles, gambling devices and obscene materials have reaped a rich harvest, and although the Post Office Department has been villgent there are in the law through loopholes which the unscrupulous sometimes escape. It is believed that the business has grown to tremendous proportions and takes many forms. Payson patrons are urged to report the receipt of indecent and unsolicited matter received through the mails so that appropriate steps can be taken to stop the flow of this material. Postmark Collectors One of the most interesting and educational hobbies is the collection of postmarks of the various post offices in the world. Thdse interested in getting postmarks from the mostest points of the United States should note that the most Northern Post Office is Penasee, Minn.; most Eastern, Lubes, Maine; most Western, Neah Bay, Washington; most Southern, Key West, Florida; and the most central (geographically) Lebmon, Kansas.
