Show THE PAYSON CHRONICLE, Payson, Utah FRIDAY. FEBRUARY 27, 1953 Mrs. Albert Kapple entertained Thursday for a group of friends from Spanish Fork. The evening was spent doing needlework, with a delicious chicken dinner served to Mrs. Mable Jacobson, Mrs. Ferrell Allan, Mrs. Lily Reynolds, Mrs. Regina Olson, Mrs. Lily Johnson and Mrs. Irine C. Johnson. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Kapple had as guests recently Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Ellis of North Pocatello, Idaho, who were enroute to San Diego, Cal., on a vacation trip. Mrs. Ellis is a daughter of Mrs. Kapple. Her husband operates a large dairy farm in Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. Waldo Wilson were hosts to their bridge club Saturday night, with dinner served at the Turf cafe and cards enjoyed at their home. Prizes went to Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Wilson and Mr. and Mrs. Almon Harmer. PAYSON LOSES 45-3- By Della TO RED DEVILS SP. FORK The Spmgville Red Devils de6 feated the Payson Lions last Frday night on the Lion floor. By virtue of this win the Red Devils and Spanish Fork cinched berths in the state B tournament next month. The game was hard fought and very closely played all the way through.
