SCHAERRER Funeral services for George Albert Schaerrer, 05, who died Friday morning at the Payson city hospital, were held Monday at 2 p.rn. in the First ward Chapel, with Bishop Roy Broadbent of the Fourth ward conducting. Mr. Schaerrer was born June 22, 1282, in Payson, a son of Juhn Jacob and Lameua Schaerrer. He married Geneva Stewart in the Salt Lake temple June 16, 1906. She died June 19, 1931. He married Fidelia B. Peterson, Aug. 28, 1940, in the Salt Lake temple. Surviving are his widow, four daughters and two sons, Mrs. Willis (Opal) Field, Provo; Mrs. Los Angeles; Mrs. Lynn (Anna Mae) Houser, Tom (Ada) Lee, Springville; Marilyn Schaerrer, Payson; G. Stewart Schaerrer and Russel Schaerrer, Payson. Also the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Adelia S. Dixon, Payson; Mrs. Clara S, Gleason, Oakland, California; Frank Sch- - aeirer, Payson and John H. Schaerrer, Payson, now serving an LDS mission in England, and 12 grandchildren. Mr. Schaerrer has always been an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-daSaints. He filled a mission to mission from the 1914 to 1917, and has held many positions of trust throughout the church organization. At the time of his death he was a High Priest. She was born Sept. 28, 1897, at of Santaquin, Utah, a daughter William Thomas and Martha Platt Wall Ewell. She was married to Edmund Jensen, June 30, 1938, at Evanston, Wyo. An active worker in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-daSaints. She had been a member of the Payson Third LDS ward Relief Society and Singing Mothy ers group, a member of the Goshen LDS ward choir and Primary Assn. ANDERSON, th NOW 49.00 Mirrors Drag-erto- Ruby B. Anderson, 47, who was a sister of Bishop Abner Baird, Payson third ward, died in Provo early this week of a heart ailment. She was a member of the League of Utah Writers and this year won the Eliza R. Snow poetry contest, which is to be published in the January issue of the Relief Society magazine. She has also had work published in Utah Sings and other local publications. Mrs. Anderson was an artist, as well, having a number of oil paintings to her credit.
