She has just received her Masters Degree in student personnel administration and guidance. She was accompanied by a guest, Miss Kathryn Wetzel of Philadelphia. She ap- peared in numerous parades in the state on Paysoiis float and the same .summer she won a Utah County queen contest at Provos Fourth of July celebration as the Payson candidate. For this she was given a trip to the fair in San Francisco. In 1040 she was a winner in a National beauty contest and was given a trip to Hollywood.
