the City Council of Salina City Utah (the “Issuer”) authorized the issuance of a Parity Sewer Revenue Bond Series 2001 in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $750000 (the “Bond") of the Issuer to be dated the date of delivery to the purchaser to mature in not more than (25) years from its date If less than the maximum principal amount is advanced Salina City shall be obligated to repay only the actual amount paid or advanced by the purchaser The aggregate principal amounts of the Bond shall bear interest at a rate not to exceed 50 per annum Any installment of principal on the
