Citizens held their first social of the year on September 26 1996 at 7 pm at the Senior Center A roast beef dinner with all the trimmings catered by Cec Sittre was served to over 60 seniors in attendance Howard Watkins Richfield conducted a discussion of the increasing problem surrounding abuse of senior citizens by family members spouses or others He also presented a program on the
