waste disposal area west of Aurora is located on BLM land The city as the responsibility to maintain the dump in accordance with regulations and policies of the BLM and of the State Health Department and also to comply with the Clean Air Act The city emphasizes that there is to be no burning at the dump or on any land adjacent to the dump Dumping should be done in the properly designated areas and
