Raymond Howard Powell, twelve year old son of Lloyd and Clystia Reece Powell, died at the family home in the Second ward Monday at 7:15 p. m. after an illness of only two days of spinal menengitis. The father, who works at Boulder City had spent a happy Christmas with his family and had just returned to work when summoned by the illness of Howard. He arrived home Sunday night.
