in 1920 to begin a farm and ranch operation She graduated from Delta High School As a young girl she worked in the lynrid) Post Ulice and the UP Newsstand While working at the newsstand she sold Gary Cooper an apple She often rode her horse to school and work Her first date with future spouse Kenneth Nielson was a dance in ynndyl Upon Ken's return from his mission and after he had worked in the
