hearing was held on Monday May 5 All counts were bound over for trial A trial date will be set at the next court date Brandon Joseph Barbie 19 appeared and plead guilty to one class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana Barbie was ordered to sene one year in the Millard County Jail suspended all but eight days He is to pay fines and surcharge of $325 Barbie had a prescription for the marijuana Roberto Muelez 30 appeared for initial appearance Nlirelez is charged with one second degree felony count of receive or transfer stolen vehicle Bail was set at $5000 cash only The matter is scheduled for waiv er hearing for June 2 Derrek Jay Zach 28 appeared for initial appearance Zach is charged with three third degree felony counts of uttering forged or altered prescriptions Bail was set at
