sustained serious chest injuries after having been trapped and crushed in a hydraulically operated gate Fellow Graymont work- ers quickly removed and cared for the man Me was rushed to the Delta hospital and later airlifted loan advanced care facility for treatment of his injuries "An employee was accidentally trapped in a diverter gate resulting in several bro- ken ribs and internal damage
