smell the odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle and determined Lenhard was too impaired to drive A license check showed the Lenhard had a suspended drivers license Lenhard was transported to jail and charged into East Millard Justice Court with Class B Misd DUI Class B Misd driving on suspension and Class C Misd speeding Lenhard later appeared in front of Judge Hare where he ordered her released without posting a bail Lenhard is to appear in court on April 25th 10 15 am David Mounga Eli 28 San Francisco CA was arrested at mp 172 by Trooper Mike Thomas Eli was stopped for speeding 86 miles per hour in a 75 zone Eli did not want Thomas to know that he did not have a drivers license so he gave him his brothers name As it turned out Eh'i brother had a suspended license Eli then wanted to come clean on who he really was and yes he did not have a drivers license Eli was transported to jail and chatted into East Millard Justice Court with Class C Misd false information to a pm Severe Steve Chapa 38 Elsinore Ut was picked up at the Sevier County warrant for Jail by Lt Forest Roper 4th District Court in Fillmore had issued a the arrest of Chapa Chapa was charged with a st Degree Felony sexual abuse of a child from a alleged incident that happened at Maple Grove campground last fall Chapa is still in jail pending a court appearance on April 12th Wednesday April 4th 12 57 a m Nina Dilello Watson 43 Sandy Ut was arrested in Fillmore by Reserve Deputy Nathan Tingey Watson had driven to Fillmore to bail out a subject that was in jail Watson then left the jail and drove south before being pulled over A license check on Watson showed she had a suspended drivers license Watson was transported to jail and charged into Fillmore City Justice Court with Class B Misd driving on suspension The same subject who Watson had just bailed out came up with $300 cash and returned the favor to Watson Watson was released pending a future court appearance Thursday April 5th 325 a m Robert G Schvaneveldt 33 American Fork UT was arrested in Fillmore by reserve Deputy Nathan Tingey Schvaneveldt was driving a red 1998 Dodge Ram when he was stopped for not stopping at a stop sign As Schvaneveldt exited the vehicle he placed a bottle of alcohol on the back of the truck A license check showed that Schvaneveldt had a suspended drivers license Schvaneveldt was transported to hour detainer for violating terms of her probation 1013 pm James Kirk Johnson 44 Holden was arrested m Fillmore by Deputies Clete Carter and Nathan Tingey Johnson had allegedly left a local restaurant without paying for his meal and while inside he had threatened customers When Johnson was located he appeared to be very intoxicated Johnson was transported to jail and charged into Fillmore City reserve Deputy Nathan Tingey Jeffs was driving a brown 996 Toyota 4 Runner when he was stopped for speeding 91 miles per hour in a 75 zone A license check showed that Jeffs was dnving a suspended license Jeffs was transported to jail and charged into East Millard Justice Court with Class B Misd dnving on suspension and Class C Misd speeding Jeffs was later seen by Judge Hare and pled not future court appearance 1000 pm Phillip Paul Mccoy 35 South Jordan UT was arrested in Scipio by Deputies Bill Jackson and Dale Josse Dispatch had received a call from a subject stating that Mccoy had threatened to take his child away from his mother Deputies located Mccoy at a local business A records check showed that Mccoy had 2 outstanding state wide warrants out of Sandy District Court Both
