violation The deputies suspected drug impairment and a drug pipe was found on Simmons A subsequent search of the vehicle uncovered suspected methamphetamme in baggies along with other paraphernalia Simmons performed field sobriety tests prior to be ng arrested for DLT He and Hogoboom were both transported to jail where Simmons was charged with 2nd degree felony to distribute and Class B misd possession possession of methamphetamme with intent of marijuana possession of drug paraphernalia contributing to the delinquency of a minor and an equipment violation Hogoboom was charged with 2nd Facility in Provo During a booking search of Simmons more suspected methamphetamme was found on his person A 2nd degree felony charge of possession of methamphetamme inside a correctional facility was theft and three counts of Class B misd receiving possessionor distribution of stolen property Cervantez is still incarcerated Sunday June 11th male juvenile from Reservation Road in Kanosh was 1:00 pm a rested by Deputy Rick Carter Carter was investigating a residential burglary on the reservation He said that the suspect entered a residence through a w indow and stole a stereo system The property
