tentative list of names of Millard Count residents to serve on the Counts Comprehensive Planning Committee was approved at Monday's regular meeting of the Millard County Commission The list includes wildlife and recreation communities were included on the list The first "Scoping" meeting was held Tuesday night in Delta to discuss the Millard County Comprehensive Plan Another meeting is scheduled for next Tuesday at 7 00 p m at the old Millard County Courthouse in fillmore Scoping meetings will continue for about the next year and a hall All counties in the state will be completing comprehensive plans over a period Several counties have ready finished their plans The first Plan was Millard County Comprehensive developed in 1982 by county residents and Paul Nelson and Associates The Millard County Comprehensive Planning Protect is a cooperative effort between Millard County and the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget It will help Millard County residents provide a clear
