o change the organization of the County Recreation Districts It is proposed that the East Millard Recreation District and the West Millard Recreation District he dissolved and that a county wide Recreation Department be established The Department would he headed by a hired manager that have been This action in no way should detract from the good provided by those who have served so diligently
