of Salt Lake stopped in Holden to pick up his three brothers Reuben Jay and Evan Stevens and drove them to Riverside CA where they all visited their sister Charlotte Uppers The highlight of their trip was staying in a condominium on the beach in Carlsbad which is just 31 miles North of San Diego They saw many interesting places and returned home last Saturday evening March Joy and Stan Harmon enjoyed a trip to Disneyland with their two sons John and Clair and family John’s girlfriend Lynette Haskell of Payson and Carl UeGay Clark also went with them They stayed overnight with Emmett and Helen Bennett in Orange County and overnight with a friend Kathryn Kole Ruth Stevens and her mother Florence Stephenson rode to Bountiful Sunday to visit Myrla Stephenson who has had durgery recently Merrill has been with Myrla these past three weeks and hopes to bring her home soon ueille Johnson and daughter Courtney drove down ftom Bountiful Saturday and stayed over night with LaNola Johnson Venna Copping spent two weeks in Idaho recently visiting her mother on her 90th birthday and her son Warren Bratt and family who have just had a new baby daughter DeFtte Turner returned to Boise Idaho after spending 10 days visiting her mother Louise Bennett Warren and Ella Crosland enjoyed having their brother and wife Leland and Dora Mae Thompson of Midvale visit them Saturday to Dean Bennett Congratulations and Gerald Coats on their new calling to the illmore Stake High Council FLOWELL Virgie Ivie Ph Mrs Grant Robinson went to Salt Lake City to get Arleen's mother Laura Atha and biing her to their home heic to spend some time with them The Robinsons said hello to their sons Kit and Kirk their wives and childicn who live in the Salt Lake area Ruth Allen went with a group of senior citizens from Tillinoreand surrounding towns Feb 15 to the Promised Valley Playhouse in Salt Lake City to see the musical production “The Three Musketeers" ’Ralph Robinson went to Kearns Teb 16 to get his wife Leah who had been in the home of their daughter and Jolene and John Sevey helping out with their new little son Alex who was born Teb 12 1986 He is a husky 9 lbs 4 oz bundle of joy The family is very happy with this darling baby He has a big brother David and sisters Robin Hannah and Sara who are delighted to be able to lend a hand caring for him Grandparents besides Ralph and Leah are Leonard and Margaret Sevey of Mesa AZ Great grandmothers are Freda and Pauline Robinson Christensen Hannah and Sara accompanied grandpa and grandma Robinson to Flowcll lor several days They are really enjoying their visit Dale Robinson came from his school at USAC in Logan to isit his sister Jolene and family and mother Leah at Kearns and especially to see his little nephew Alex ’Mrs Bruce (Betty) Holden Ward Here for their father's funeral were Ladd and Angie Bennett and two children of Fremont CA and DeEtte and Randy Turner and two girls of Boise ID All family members from both sides were in attendance to the funeral Myrla Stephenson is a patient in the Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful where she underwent major surgery last week She was visiting her daughter Marsha when she was taken ill and needed We wish her a speedy surgery recovery Our sympathy to Sidney Hunter on the passing of her brother James last week Sid and Betty Otto and Allie all attended funeral services in Salt Lake Tuesday Burial was in the Holden Cemetery LeaAnn and Steve Miller and children are moving to Salem area this weekend where LeaAnn will be working in the Payson Hospital and Steve has a job in the Utah
