Hawaii Storms The Red Storm have had their share of close games, including an overtime win and against Hawaii-Hil- o a victory over Chaminade. Miller said she loves the system Turner is running. Turner is not afraid to get after the women about mis takes but encourages them to do better. Its super motivational for me with the coaching style she has, Miller said. But thats not the only -thing that has brought the women success. The majority of the women, including the coaching staff, are new to the DSU basketball program, and the women are happy about the progress they have made together. Maynes said the players can only control what they do on the court. She said they are focused on not improving as a team just individually. Everyone was having fun and playing together, Miller said.
