If Aukuso Tuiolemotu was issued citation for theft of ser vices, misuse of mealcard. Aug. 29 - Juvenile referalls were issued at dorms for harassment and curfew violations Sept. 2 - Thayson Boupha issued citation for under age drinking and Melisa Gonzales was cited for providing to a minor.
