Kelly Kendall, Director of School Relations, will be leaving Dixie College after nearly five years of service, after receiving another employment offer he couldn't refuse. Jan. 31 will be his last day here at Dixie. Feb. 1 Kendall will start as Division Manager, supervising Deseret Industries here in St. George and the surrounding areas of Cedar City and Richfield. This will be a real career change for Kendall. So far, no one has been hired for his position. It is currently open for a search which will close on February 9. "Many, many people have contacted me about this position," Kendall says. He believes there will be at least one hundred applicants, if not more. It will be very hard for him to leave. "My roots run really deep here," he said. Dixie College is his home. He began attending in 1982. Then he went on a mission and came back to gradL 1986. ASDC Executive Council Security warns students of parking Parking east of the T&I and Udvar-Haz- y buildings are now off limits to students. These lots have been designated for faculty and staff only, according to Don Reid, Director or Campus Security. Students also found parked by the Student LInion Building will be given a ticket. According to Reid, security will patroling these areas with scrutim : ing tickets on all unauthorized specific areas.
