Show r February The yearbook sets Dixie College apart Staff Writer Dixie College is unique in the fact thatithas something no other college or university in the state of Utah has-- a yearbook! The first yearbook published at the college was in 1912, the first year the college was founded. However, it was not until 1963 that it was named "The Confederate, according to Edwin F. Rogers, the yearbook adviser. Rogers has been the adviser for the yearbook staff at Dixie College since 1981. This will be the eleventh yearbook he has helped produce. "This year's 1992 yearbook will be in many, many ways the greatest publication this school has ever seen," said Rogers. "Tliis is because of a super editor and a dedicated staff." Tliis year's editor is Kathy Bischoff. She says her staff is great. They have fun, but have also met deadlines and have worked hard.
