Now, Im sure you're probably not too when decided to become a little more educated in Dixies Deans, yet bet youre excited to get to know these seven men yourself. Right? Well, guess what? Fowler, better known as Bill, is Dixies Dean of Students. was born and raised in Lehi, Utah, the fourth of ten children. He attended Lehi High, where he was active in all sports and student government. He received an athletic scholarship to the University of Utah, where he Bill Relations, and Admissions Director.. Bill became the assistant the Dean of students at Salt Lake Community College in 1 975, where he handled everything from high school relations, to admissions, to testing and advisement, and counseling. In 1 977, Bill came to Dixie as the Director of Student Services. Which played football for four consisted of high school years.
