The partv, which is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p. m. will include many activities ranging from swimming to volleyball. Dixie lists one student from Iran, one from Hawaii while several states and many Utah counties are presented. well Recognizing that bulletin boards can be a valuable means of getting information before school personnel, when properly handled, the following steps have been taken and the following policy adopted: 1. Boards for general announcements have been placed in the following locations: A. On the second floor of the Administration Building. B. In the Annex. C. On the ground floor of the Science Building. D. In the student lounge. E. Above the drinking fountain in the back of the gymnasium. 2. There are also several departmental boards throughout the plant. 3. Except during election time, when posters may be posted generally throughout the plant in accordance with established policy, all posters and announcements of general interest shall be posted on the boards provided. The custodians have been instructed to tear down posters and announcements posted elsewhere. Exceptions to this rule can be made only by permission of the President, who will see that the custodians are properly notified. 4. In general, announcements will be more effective if they are placed on as many boards as possible and not left too long. In any event it shall be the responsibility of each person who posts any material to determine in advance how long the announcement shall be displayed and to write this date in the upper left hand corner. It should be removed as soon after that date as possible. Announcements and posters not bearing a removal date may be removed at once.
