Show This week we are going to look in upon Doug Hafen. Doug is a graduate of Dixie high who went astray after graduation, up to the U. and B.Y.U. This winter Doug came back to Dixie and has made a good name for himself in basketball. All was not lost up north, because he has made his letter in iootball at the U. and if he had stayed at the Y. he would have done O.K. there, also. Glad to have you back, Doug, and lets see what ou can do on the gridiron field! Why dont ou stop right here? There is no sense going on with reading this article. I hate to disappoint the Dorm Column Fans, but there doesnt seem to be anything going on to write about except just the same old drag. So lie wise, economize, save your eyes (or something). Someone told me to mention their name in the paper but I better wait a minute so ou dont know who it was. Let's see 58, 59, 60 seconds. Thats a minute. Now what did ou tell me to say, Bonita? I dont remember, but ya know well just have to hand it to Reed; all he can do is sit at the counter and order cokes, either until he gets too wet or his pocketbook goes dry and Bonnie has to di-- v idc her time between him and all the other customers. No, she doesnt live in the dorm but she has been over quite often and it seems wonderfully different to have a girl visitor once in a while. The presence of Karl and Fred Wells in the lower part of the Morris dorm is becoming more continuous and regular. Does Holt og along to keep them company or does he have someone at the dorm? Do you know Lorn a ? Someone said LaVae was going to leave us and join the Acrobatic Jones, traveling the U. S. and thrilling people by performing stunts high in the air. She has been practicing on the trapeze with them. How about that Vae? All in attendance at the Big Turkey dinner at Carylees house .Sunday were very well fed and entertained. One of the fellows had a guitar and rendered some very clever songs. Slier was there having as much fun as am one, in spite of his sprained ankle. Bernice must have been with him because Mae Vone was sharing all her time with Kelly Mirci, while Margaret chauffcured everyone home in Charleys car. Mary Ann was lucky in getting Fete and he seems to think so too! Dorothy sa s Mrs. Cannon makes the best ice cream and cake she has ever lasted. Five lucky gals in the upstairs apartment of the Cannon dorm entertained five handsome men from Snow Saturday. Jillyn Win Ich acted as the Date Bureau with good results and more darn fun!!!
