Show -- V Page Six SCHOLARSHIP DONOR HONORED Wallace Macf arlane, donor of the Mac-farla- ne scholarship in agriculture, was a guest of the local F. F. a. club last week end. He and Mrs. Macf arlane vjere given a breakfast Sunday morning by Dennis Atkin, who was awarded the scholarship for 1946-4- 7, Robert Gardner, club president and Mr. Garner, club adviser. Mr. Mac far -Following the breakfast, lane inspected a number of F. F. A. projects. The scholarship donor is interested in soils and soil research. He is in hopes that work along this line can be done in Dixie under his award plan.
