| Show A RESOLUTION A resolution levying an annual water tax upon the waters of Cottonwood Creek to defray the expenses expenses of distributing distributing distributing dis dis- dis- dis and controlling the said waters Be it re resolved by the City Council of the City of Ephraim Utah Section I.
