The answer probably is no I'd either take my chances and become extremely frustrated Or more likely I'd visit another state Shouldn't the Utah travel industry be able to provide better and information both to i v i i il - - i t- - ' ' ' ' ' '--' ' N't A - ' f A ' ' ' - f - 00 t ''1 ' it e 4$ - ' — f '' - ' " - - 1 ' " - i ' - - h ' ' A —:- - v41 - ' ' ' '''' - - t IF'‘ ri' 7 - a ' A ' ) i i ti' Craig Hansel' The Salt Lake Tribune Morning Glory Natural Bridge a span in Moab's Negro Bill Canyon is sixth longest natural rock bridge in America 243-fo- Hikers Love Negro Bill Canyon NEGRO BILL CANYON The hike through Negro Bill Canyon begins on the Colorado River and dead ends at Morning Glory Natural Bridge The trek from Utah Highway 128 to the spectacular natural bridge is one of the two most popular hiking destinations in the Moab area It ranks with Moab's Mill Creek Canyon which also attracts large numbers of hikers Drive up river from the Moab bridge and park in the mouth of Negro Bill Canyon The hike offers classic southern Utah canyon scenes The trail follows the stream into the canyon The occasional stream crossing requires balance or good stepping-ston112-mil- e yon the walls become tall and the view remains spectacular When the canyon splits take the trail to the right and it will lead you to the 243-fospan of Morning Glory Natural Bridge The bridge is the sixth largest natural-rocspan in the United States A seep runs out of the rock wall and the water fills a pool near the natural bridge In addition to the lush grass and bubbling stream there are also plenty of lizards and a few water snakes to keep young hikers entertained p If Morning Glory Natural Bridge was out in the open it would be a major attraction rivaling a park For those willing to hike it is a great destination — Craig Hansel' Reservoir Fishing Picking Up Once again the diversity of angling opportunities in Utah shines through Here is a list of this week's best bets: NORTHERN UTAH — Pine-vieReservoir crappie fishing is good for anglers using yellow jigs tipped with bait Success as been reported on the entire reservoir not just certain areas Anglers are also catching some perch UTAH — NORTHEASTERN should head for Flaming Anglers Gorge to hook up with some lake trout Fishing pressure has been light Anglers are using a variety of methods Trolling deep is working in some areas while trolling on top is the best in others CENTRAL UTAH — The ice is off at Strawberry Reservoir and fishing should be great Rainbow trout are starting to show up in 1- - ' I f '1J-IT- 1 A f 74f ii' '14 - IA- '''‘ - A' Market Street Grill 48 Pest Office Place 3224668 GRILL 1 IROILtit Market Street Broiler A 't'-- II t I:wow L2k44 7 ror 1 - BED LINERS - Most models i : —T WADE WEATHER GUARDS : ‘)'-'61- - OVERLOAD SPRINGS r 25"12444 I---- 4 69pr5 j (1) 4 4 t w ACURA ACURA vist1() 1 RAf IL111Rif v ( I vkg1 -- - i i -- SO STATE - 14595 1 0 263-020- 2 — 4 -- - Is tr t t i" Obi- N Our commitment to customers and to quality service in a team environment creates a local need for a I Sster TOLL 1833 W 3503 South degree in Business Computer Science Finance Logistics or Materials Management Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be PC literate with spreadsheet etc We provide an exceptional compensation and benefits program Please forward your resume with salary requirements to: Code 0253 co this newspaper PO Box 45838 Salt Lake City UT 84145 EOE mfdv '1109()CS I Fiesta at our Secfood Now through the end of May we'll feature coconut shrimp crab enchiladas blackened swordfish halibut tacos and AAltbiar' 1 '75" '89" Count down to Cinco de Mayo ' Iv i $et 111 -- - 00 o: a whopping - variety of !rt---- til - other deep sea treasures 4X4 IEEE i il eioA CIA00 r de Pi0 tootowl fteePc11 R401 It Aeilcon tc"' DoncespA0c arta l'AeIC°T1 1 ullyocrm IS nget ' 1 zneeivic0 1 one Lan" I n9 Money! t1 t Mr07p es'Ds cild SPendi I Cafe Plerpont VIDVALE 255-333- 4 all So V!
