Weber County girl in 1989 has taken his fight for his life to the US Supreme Court Taylor 32 was scheduled to be executed by firing squad on Jan 15 But 2nd District Judge David E Roth postponed the execution date five days earlier when defense attorney Martin Gravis said he was planning an appeal to the high court His request for a review of evidence of uncharged crimes admitted in the y phase
