Paul Cummings established the St. George Marathon record of 2 hours, 15 minutes, and 15 seconds in 1981, and Jolene (Fisher) DeWaal set the womens record of 2:43.27 last year. Neither runner is entered this year. This years field includes athletes from 16 states and Great Britain.
