Iran's news agency, 1RNA, blamed "agents of international imperialism" for the midmorning blast near the shrine of Ha.rat Ma'Soumeh as Moslem worshipers were marking the Islamic feast of sacrifice. Three women arid four children were among the dead, IKNA said. The bomb wrecked 10 shops and five cars and shattered windows in buildings 50 yards away. It was the second bomb blast in d Iran since Aug. 5 when a car exploded in Tehran, killing one person. Meanwhile, in the war between Iran and Iraq, Baghdad Radio report stations deep inside Iran. The broadcast claimed that the crash was caused by a technical problem. However, the Iranian news agency said that the plane, a Mirage, was fire near downed by Dezful in Khuzestan province. IRNA said that the plane had bombed an industrial plant, killing four workers and wounding another four. It said that the pilot of the Iraqi plane was presumed to have died in the crash. A communique read on Radio Baghdad said that Iraqi warplanes carried out separate raids against power stations at Sad Dez and Sad Reza Shah and destroyed their targets."
