Heading the group from China was Wu Sanmin, president of the Technical Secondary School of Petroleum in Henan Province. Others in the group included a mechanical engineer, chemist and translator. The group visited the Petroleum Technology Department of the Um-ta- h Basin Area Vocational School They met with Bruce Brighton and George Mtllcr, instructors in classes in the department Mr Brighton and Mr Miller noted they had met the Chinese officials earlier at a training session in Boston and united the group to Utah The Chinese group has spent three months in the United States visiting oil fields in Texas.
