Reported crime in all but two Davis County jurisdictions increased. Centerville's crimes were down four percent, and 12 fewer crimes in the small city of Clinton dropped its total by 10 percent. Leading the increase, because of the jurisdictions' size, were a projected 20 percent increase in Bountiful, 29 percent jump in Centerville and 28 percent rise in Kaysville. (The change in Bountiful's total was based on figures through Oct. 31. 1985; the full year's totals have not been completed.)
