Incumbent Mayor James Ferguson will run against three challengers. M. Wayne Hiliier, Bert Fisher and Mark P. Watters. Jueschke and incumbent commissioner Anagene Meeeham. two-yea- two-yea- two-yea- Plane Spotted, A missing singleengine plane was spotted in southeastern Utahs La Sal mountains Monday while searchers pressed a search for another plane missing in the Evanston, Wyo., area. Both planes were reported missing Sunday. The Cessna 182, either missing on a flight from Livermore, Calif., to Colorado Springs or from Hanksville to Montrose, Colo., was in rugged terrain some 20 miles southwest of Moab Monday, according to San Juan County Sheriff Rigby Wright. Sheriff Wright said the pilot, H.A. 1 Still Missing Hodges, 59, Livermore, was found dead and was alone in the plane. He said after the Colorado Civil Air Patrol spotted the crash, he commissioned a helicopter to fly him to the scene to assess the accident. The helicopter lowered Sheriff Wright on a cable to within 50 fee of the wreckage. After returning to the helicopter, he dispatched four-whe- drive vehicles and an ambulance to the scene. State St. Lt. William Duncan, Salt Lake City Police, said Bill Lambertus, 18, address unavailable was driven to Holy Cross Hospital after the incident by his brother John, age unavailable. The victim underwent surgery and was listed in serious condition late A - Monday. Lt. Duncan said the Lambertus brothers were watching traffic on State Street when two men walked up to them. He quoted the brothers as saying there was no motive fur the stabbing. Gunman Hobs S.L. Bank A man claiming to have a gun beneath his knit cap robbed First Security Bank of Utah. 405 S. Main St., Monday about 5:30 p.m. of an undetermined amount of cash. Lt. William Duncan, Salt Lake City Police Department, said the man first asked a teller for change for a $1 bill. After the teller made the change, the robber claimed to have a gun and demanded $10, $20 and $50 bills. Lt. Duncan said the teller did not see the gun. The robber apparently left the area on foot. He was described as Caucasian, either in his late 20s or early 30s, 5 feet 10 inches tall and about 150 pounds.
