Show COMMISSIONERS MEETING i F. A. Killpack appeared before the board to secure views of board on state road work, and was instructed to proceed pro-ceed with maintenance of state roads in county. J. B. Crawford, C. E. Larsen, and A. A. Van Buren appeared before the board of commissioners in connection with the construction of the road through Straight canyon. Object was to see what could be done in regard to raising funds for the completion of the road. Clerk instructed to communicate with f.tate road commission and ask them if they could give some assistance on the road through Straight canyon. Mr. H. A. Fowler, horticultural, inspector in-spector for the county, appeared before the board at this time concerning the work being done in Emery county and filed his report. Under his recommendation recommend-ation T. B. Strauss was appointed deputy de-puty inspector at Green River. , Wm. T. Litster and John E. Ward of Cleveland appeared before the board in connection with the incorporation of Cleveland but action was again postponed post-poned for lack of proof of population. Petitions of protest, against incorporation incorpor-ation by L. P. Oveson and G. H. Richards Rich-ards were filed. County surveyor was instructed to retrace re-trace the survey and plat the county road through Mohrland camp to forks of the canyon. |
