the total to 40 and prepared (or a night session to start at 8 30 o'clock Sherifl Harry Dent said none of the Indictments had been turned over to him and that so far as he kfew warrants for the arrest of those Dis charged had not been issued trict Judge Miles S Johnson and County Prosecutor Ray Durham continued In their refusal to give information of any sort on the session Seven secret indictments were returned yesterday and one' charging Harry Gusman piesident of the Boise Idaho Equipment company with fraud in connection with a state highway department materials voucher was reported Wednesday Gusman surrendered to Sheriff Dent and was released under $2300 bond Observers believed that state highway department matters still were being considered as seven witnesses who testified before the Gusman count was returned were called aB witnesses again today In addition a young woman and three men believed to have been called on other charges spent some time in the jury room Joe Jenifer Moffat county treasurer and accepted by the county commission Friday The treasurer was authorized to accept such notes series of February 15 1932 at par value and accrued interest for tax payment each note issued under the plan to be stamped Mr Moffat said that provided the full $200000 Is issued the county will save a month's interest on that amount at 5 per cent per year as the notes are due December 31 and tax payment date is one month earlier The bonds are In $500 $1000 and $5000 denominations They will not be sold over the counter Mr Moffat said Edwaid L Burton & Company holds the
