Show SHERIFF'S SALE. In the Seventh Judicial District Court of the State of Utah, in and for Emery Em-ery County. Lee Charles Miller Plaintiff, vs. Francis M. Reynolds, Diantha M. Reynolds, Louis Unger-man, Unger-man, Minnie E. Ungerman, Harold Har-old D. Winger, Lilly Winger. Gun-hilda Gun-hilda Young. Harold H. Kilbourn, W. T. Brower and Carl Snodgrass, Defendants. To be sold at sheriff's sale on the 6th day of August, 1917, at 11.39 o'clock A. M., at the front door of the Csunty Court House, in Castle Dale, Emery County, Utah, the following fol-lowing described real estate and property prop-erty situate in Emery County, Utah: The southwest quarter of the northeast north-east quarter, the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter, and the south half of the northwest quarter of section seventeen, township nineteen nine-teen south, range eight east of the Salt Lake Meridian, containing 161 acres. Together with one hundred ninety-eight ninety-eight shares of the capital stock of the. Cottonwood Creek Consolidated Irrigation Company, together with alt ditch and water rights of every nature na-ture however evidenced used with said land or belonging thereunto or to mortgagors for use thereon.
