Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, August 4, 1916. Notice is hereby given that F. F. Noyes, et al., whose postoffice address is Victor, Utah, made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate three (3) cubic-feet of water per second from Deseret Lake Wash, Emery County, Cou-nty, Utah. Said water was to have been used to irrigate 44 0 acres of land embraced in Sections 27, 28, and 32, Township 16 south, Range 11 east. Salt Lake base and meridian. Said application was approved on December Decem-ber 15, 1913, and until April 19, 1916, was allowed within which to perfect the application and submit the proof of appropriation. The proof was submitted sub-mitted April 14, J.916, and has been found to be at variance with the application ap-plication in that it specifies lands embraced em-braced in Sections 27, 28, 32, 33, and 34, township and range aforesaid. The applicant states that the lands described in the proof are those intended in-tended to have been described in the application, but that said application was in error, and he now requests that he be permitted to correct the application so that it will agree with the. proof of appropriation per-taining per-taining thereto. The application is designated in the State Engineer's office of-fice as No. 5112. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefore, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within . thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
