Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office. Salt Lake City. Utah. February M. 1916. Not:ce is hereby riven that H. P. Rasmussen. Jr.. whose post office address is Ferron. Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah. 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah. 1909. 1911. and 1916, to appropriate four-tenths 1.4) of a ncre-foot of water from the natural drainage in Rasmussen Draw. Emery County Utah. Said water will be stored by means of a series of small concrete dams constructed across the natural channel of the draw, beginning at a point which beam south 31 degrees 59 minutes west 10.719 feet from the highest point of the eaBt end of the summit of Copper Globe Mountain, situated on the west flank of the San Rafael Swell, about 32 miles east from the town of Emery, Utah, and ending 282 feet below the first dam. The water so stored wiil be used during the entire year for stock watering purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 6536. All protests against the granting of said application, appli-cation, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50. and filed in this office within thirty (30) dayB after the completion of the publication of this notice.
