Show PERRON Mr. Fred Zwahlen and Miss Irene Killpack were quietly married at the home of the bride last Monday. Only the parents and a few near relatives were present. We wish them a happy new year and a prosperous life to-gather. to-gather. Mrs. David Ellis is entertaining ft newly arrived baby girl. All doing well. The Christmas program was a thorough success. Every number was given in noteworthy manner. Mr. Mervin Lowry and wife are spending holidays here with Mr. Lowry's parents. Mrs. Clarence Lemon received a fine baby girl recently. Mr3. Harry Scott and sister, Miss Jessie Fugate, are visiting relatives and friends. They are old residents of Ferron having moved to Arizona ten years ago. Misses Evelyn and IvyLowrv, Lowry Nelson, and Manuel Fostrum are spending holidays here, also, Alfred Smith. The Young Ladies association will give a leap year dance New Years eve. Now, girls, be there! This is your last chance. Mr. William Henrie and wife are here after an absence of ten years. It seems good to see these old faces here. They were some of those who took some of the hard knocks of early pioneering pio-neering of Castle Valley. Their home is in Imbler, Oregon. Miss Eva Rhoades and Ray Bryan were married Thursday. They gave a wedding dance in the evening. Success to them and a happy married life! It seems good to see our Academy students home again. l |
